Sean Byrne exploded onto the horror scene with The Loved Ones, a twisted cult classic that won the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) Midnight Madness People’s Choice Award and sits at 98% on Rotten Tomatoes. He followed it up with The Devil’s Candy, a satanic slow-burn that premiered at TIFF and racked up awards and a 93% Certified Fresh score. His latest, Dangerous Animals, is produced in collaboration with the teams behind Longlegs, Boy Swallows Universe, and The Bikeriders, and hits cinemas on June 12.
